Everyone who went with us on the first-ever pre-fest walking tour and pub crawl in South Bend will tell you what a great way it was to start their festival week.
Now for 2024, we’re leveling up in Green Bay with a tour of the world-famous “Sistine Chapel of Football,” Lambeau Field, the home of the 13-time world champion Green Bay Packers.
Our half-day MOTOR COACH tour of Green Bay begins with visits to all our festival venues: The Meyer Theater, the KI Center and all our juggling spaces near the hotel. Then we board our coach for the ride over to Lambeau Field for a guided VIP tour of the stadium complex and a walk down to field level for photos you will treasure forever. You’ll then have time on your own to explore the amazing Packers Hall of Fame museum and the enormous Packers Pro Shop. In all, you’ll spend over two hours at this unique and impressive facility — a must-see for any football fan and a destination visited by millions every year.
Back on the coach, we visit the incredible National Railroad Museum in Green Bay and get a look at some truly history-making locomotives and railcars, including the Dwight D. Eisenhower, the GM Aerotrain, and the beautifully preserved and historic Pullman Porters.
We’ll also pop into a couple of great bar/restaurants near our IJA venues, and sip a pint or two of local craft brews along the way. Finally, we’ll wind up our coach tour at an excellent brew pub where you can stay for an optional group dinner and drinks, or make the short walk back to the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
Our tour will be Monday, July 8, 2024, starting at 1pm CT. We’ll step off from the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Green Bay. Tickets will go on sale in March for this amazing event to start your festival week, but make plans now to be there in time to be part of the fun!
