Bramson Roll Shower and Improvers

Going over the foundations, drills and practice technique of the Bramson Roll Shower with hoops or rings. This workshop has been catered for all levels with no pre-requisites. For those who have attended my workshop before, I will be offering improvers advice/variations and coaching individually alongside teaching those who are new. So there is something for everyone!
